Minimum Requirements
  • Drafting / Structural / Mechanical /Civil Engineering background (Diploma Qualification)
  • Excellent Computer Literacy essential
  • Industry knowledge preferable
  • Valid Passport
  • Valid Drivers License

Key Tasks And  Responsibilities
  • Negotiations with Suppliers/Contractors/etc
  • Maintain high Operational Standards / Deadlines 
  • Ensure adherence to given strict deadlines for installations/flighting and maintenance
  • Control of a maintenance and production budget and reporting thereof
  • Assist with CAPEX Administration, Coordination and Compilation for processing
  • Order Administration and Reconciliation
  • Stock Control Management, Administration
  • Ensure that all billboards, Citilites, Digital, light boxes and other media types are cleaned and maintained on a regular basis.
  • Manage flighting schedule and delivery thereof by crews
  • Weekly illumination checks and action maintenance where necessary
  • All repairs and maintenance carried out, are to be reported to the applicable General Manager.
  • Ensure annual audits done on stock in field
  • Branch Field Reports are to be completed and handed to the applicable Manager
  • All Opposition Activity to be reported to the applicable Manager
  • Control of sub-contractors schedules and work allocation
  • Liaise with Sales Department 
  • Attend to requests / complaints received from the public
  • Issue / receipt of incoming / outgoing mail
  • Coordinate placement or replacement of new stock in the field in terms of HQ guidelines
  • Assist with asset queries
  • Manage Coordinator with month end functions, i.e. Stock schedules, invoicing, monthly reports.
  • Manage the in house crews
  • Ensure H&S guidelines adhered to and reports submitted to HQ timeously
