JCDecaux Cameroon has announced the promotion of Arsene Olivier Otsama to Director of JCDecaux Cameroon, effective from 1st April 2022, reporting to Léonard KHATTARI, Regional Director for West & Central Africa.
Arsène holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Social History from the University of Douala and a Master’s degree in Sales Management & Negotiations from the ESSEC Douala.
Arsene is a media and strategy specialist with over ten years of experience in marketing and communications roles. He started his career working for two of the largest beverage groups in Cameroon, namely SABC & Guinness, where he was responsible for a range of commercial and communication functions. After this, Arsene worked for one of the largest mobile networks in the region, Orange, following which he worked at Havas Africa in Cameroon, where he was consistently commended for his leadership, media insights and strategy.
Arsene joined JCDecaux Cameroon in 2018, where he played a pivotal role across business disciplines to reposition the company and media offering in the market. We look forward to his continued contributions toward the success and growth of JCDecaux Cameroon in the market.
