Following from last month’s Mobility Tracker at Level 3 Lockdown, JCDecaux Africa wanted to evaluate the changes in Mobility and Traffic volumes in South Africa for July. See the detailed Mobility Tracker 3.1 report highlighting the positive estimated changes in national travel behaviour

JCDecaux Africa has produced a report on national traffic and mobility figures along three categories; being Roadside billboards, Mall and Gautrain. The aim was to understand the changes and variations in travel and mobility behaviour during Level 3 of Lockdown in South Africa from June to July 2020.

Traffic and mobility is complex to understand, thus to ensure that we deliver valuable and accurate insights to our clients, we used a host of data sources, such as: Lightstone, Google Mobility, Internal GIS Insights and mobile user data among others. This report enabled us as the Global Leader in OOH, to ensure that we inform and empower our valued clients to make strategic and informed decisions around their media campaigns.
